No way! BoothGeeks is always scheduled to come at an earlier time prior to your event to guarantee that the booth is ready to use within the selected package time. Then we tear it down after the event. If additional time is needed, we charge $99/hour for overtime.

Definitely! The booth is very easy to use! Just pose in front the Photo Booth, then you can press the start button or have the BoothGeek do it for you. Every photo comes with minimum or 4 shots& maximum of 8 shots (depending on what photo layout you choose) So be ready to strike those different poses! A final image is displayed in the monitor for a few seconds to show how the printed layout would look like. Our state of the art dye sublime printer will print the photos are then printed in a few seconds.
Yes. Every BoothGeek pakcage includes an on-site attendant who will be there for the duration of the event to ensure that eveything will run smoothly.
The Customer will arrange for an appropriate space to be made available for the Photo Booth at the event venue. A minimum floor area of 3m x 3m is required and because the photo booth is a highly technical equipment it must be located at a nearby electrical outlet.
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the agreed rental charge is required to secure a reservation for the Photo Booth, the balance of the agreed rental charge is due 7 days prior to the Customer’s event. If the operator uses the equipment for a period in excess of the agreed service period additional rental charges will be payable by the Customer to the Provider, calculated on a prorated basis. Payment of all additional rental charges must be made by the Customer before any additional service period commences.
Any request to alter the agreed date of the rental of the Photo Booth must be made in writing and at least thirty days prior to the Customer’s event. If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of the event, the Client will be charged 50% of the total specified in this Agreement. Any change of date is subject to the availability of the Photo Booth on the alternative date and receipt of a new booking contract.
The Customer assumes complete responsibility for any loss of or damage to the Provider’s equipment (other than fair wear and tear) caused by any misuse of the equipment by the Customer, their employees or their guests . The Customer shall be responsible for any loss of or damage to the Provider’s equipment caused by Theft, Fire, Flood or Accidental Damage.
Clients will not make copies of the images for commercial use. BoothGeek retains copyright in all images created and will have the right to make reproductions for portfolio samples, self-promotion, and professional competition but will do so only with the customer’s consent. BoothGeek will not make reproductions for other commercial use without first obtaining the written permission of the Client.

To make it even more fun, we also offer studio setups with professional photographers. BoothGeek also offers fun photo shoots for portrait photography. We are always open to try something new so if there's anything you think we can do, LET US KNOW! We are flexible and we can work out a package for clients who are on a budget!
